Characteristics and Classification of Ceramic coatings
Characteristics of Ceramic coatings
V-MTECK?flexible ceramic anti-corrosion coating, after years of research and development, is a water-based or pure inorganic solvent-free coating. It features an ultra-high solid content (over 90%), super weather resistance, anti-color change, anti-corrosion (salt spray test up to 3000 hours), excellent construction tolerance, A-level non-combustibility, and high-temperature resistance, among other comprehensive properties.
1. Excellent construction tolerance. The maximum VOC does not exceed 200g/l, meeting the national environmental protection coating requirements. Surface drying: less than 30 minutes, actual drying: less than 24 hours.
2. Low surface energy, good coating and adhesion to the substrate surface, no bubbling, peeling or cracking after long-term use.
3. With a porcelain appearance, it can meet the requirements of steel structure buildings and be cleaned by rain.
4. The normal temperature flexible ceramic series can withstand temperatures around 100℃ and is of Class A non-combustible.
5. Super corrosion-resistant, with a salt spray test duration of 2,000 to 5,000 hours.
6. Resistant to ultraviolet rays, does not fade and is not prone to powdering.
