Product Introduction |
The anti-static anti-corrosion coating is different from the traditional epoxy conductive coating. It has dual anti-static performance. The conductive materials added in its formula are inert metals and oxides, which have better compatibility with nano-hybrid resins and will form a more dense and durable composite inorganic coating film. It can be immersed in various organic solvents and chemicals for a long time without any change. Common organic solvents include gasoline, diesel, petroleum, benzene-based solvents, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, thinner, etc. |

Application scope |
The anti-static anti-corrosion coating is an environmentally friendly anti-static anti-corrosion coating specifically designed for use on equipment and facilities such as oil pipes, oil depots, coke gas tanks, and electrostatic precipitators. The main components are aluminium oxide, silicon dioxide (silicon hybrid alloy material), nano-titanium powder and some rare earth metals. It has excellent static electricity conduction performance, ultra-low VOC, outstanding corrosion resistance and resistance to gasoline, diesel and organic solvents. |
